TOILET-DIAGNOSTIC CHART

Worn or damaged seal or fl ush ball
Tighten clamp ring adjusting nut
Look for foreign objects at fl ush ball
Replace seal or fl ush ball
Clean water valve or replace
Toilet overfl ows Dirt stuck in water valve seal or bad
seal
Cam strap bent down holding valve

Clean water valve or replace
Bend front of strap up 1/16”
Water does not enter toilet bowl
